Child Safety Policy

Dear Diary has a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors. We absolutely prohibit the creation, storage, sharing, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that endangers, exploits, or abuses children in any way. This prohibition applies to all content on our platform, including text, images, and any other media.

The following are strictly prohibited on Dear Diary and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors, including written, illustrated, or photographic material
• Grooming behaviour — using the platform to gain the trust of a minor for the purposes of exploitation
• Sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any attempt to engage minors in sexual conversations or solicit sexual content from minors
• Content that normalises, glorifies, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children

We take the following steps to enforce this policy:

• Immediate removal — any content found to violate this policy is removed without notice
• Account termination — users who violate this policy are permanently banned from the platform
• Reporting to authorities — we report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline and to local law enforcement
• Cooperation with investigations — we cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations relating to child safety
